How Clubs Work
Students receive information at the start of each term and choose according to interest, capacity and age. Some clubs run for a term; others require year-long commitment. Where demand exceeds space, selection or rotation is explained fairly.

Student Leadership
Older students may help plan activities, manage materials, mentor beginners or document outcomes under adult supervision. Leadership roles are clearly defined and never transfer safeguarding or disciplinary responsibility from adults to students.
