Parent Communication
Predictable, respectful communication focused on the student's development.
Parents and guardians are kept updated on student progress through the SchoolAid app and email. Independent feedback calls are made once a term; concerns are addressed within 2–3 days and the outcome communicated to the parent. Communication is organised around defined channels rather than informal personal contacts.

What Parents Receive

Parents arrange visits through the school and follow the annual fixture, exeat and safeguarding procedures. Published information covers visitor timings, identification requirements, meeting locations and how exceptional visits are handled.

Progress Reporting
The reporting calendar specifies when progress reports are issued, what information is included and how parents can discuss a concern with the relevant teacher or coordinator.
